The Airlines History
Since its establishment in 1984, Ryanair has grown from a small airline, flying the short journey from to London Gatwick, into Europe's largest carrier. Ryanair was founded in 1984 as "Danren Enterprises" by Christopher Ryan, Liam Lonergan (owner of Irish travel agent Club Travel), and Irish businessman Tony Ryan, founder of Guiness Peat Aviation. The airline was shortly renamed "Ryanair". It began operations in 1985 flying a 15-seat Embraer Banderante turboprop aircraft between Waterford and Gatwick. Now Ryanair fly to over 200 destinations and deliver millions of passengers to their destinations each year

Mission Statement
Being a pilot with FRVA is so much more than just flying! We like to think of FRVA like a little family. Being part of FRVA is having a good time and a laugh with the other pilots however at the same time flying with professionalism and showing qualities that FRVA acquire. Being a pilot here is more than just flying a B737 over and over. It's a opportunity to explore new horizons. A perk of flying with FRVA is the scenery that come with it from the furthest parts of eastern Europe to Northern Europe. The network we acquire has 8700+ routes. What's not to love? Furthermore flying with FRVA is great as the Staff Team like to hear your opinion to see if you can add your own little twist to the VA. For that reason there's a pilot forum with multiple categories for all pilots! Finally I urge you to think about the sunset views when descending into a airport rich with scenery.
TBM Tour
Here at Ryanair Virtual we have a TBM Tour feature which offers a wider diversity of routes for higher ranking pilots. This is where the TBMs in our feet come into play. We have two main bases for our TBM Tour which are TJSJ (San Juan) in the Caribbean and LGTS (Thessaloniki) in Greece. These flights will consist of short island hops in the TBM to deliver customers from A to B which consist of amazing island views.
A Message From Our CEO
Hello I am Dixon otherwise know around the community as CaptainDixon. So what made me want to start FRVA? Well, it was back in April 2020 during lockdown when I just thought to myself what can I do for myself and the community. Anyway I came to the decision to give FRVA a shot. I'd seen lots of requests and enquires about FRVA after the previous one unfortunately collapsed therefore I set my mind to it. Initially I was very hesitant and kept asking myself how do I make a crew centre, how do I make a website etc. During these times I broke some boundaries on what I believed was possible for me and my lack of technical knowledge regarding everything involved. After 3 months of our initial request unfortunately my first attempt at creating a VA was over with defeat. Although it was saddening I learnt a lot and dedicated the next few months to improving my knowledge and capabilities. Therefore in October of 2020 I requested again and this time with a little help our state of the art Crew Centre was created and so was this Website. The message I'm trying to give out is never to give up!
What's FRVAs goals? We want FRVA to thrive as part of the community. We want to show the qualities in our pilots that set VA's apart! However most of all we want FRVA to be a fun and enjoyable safe space for everyone where realism in day to day FRVA activity. Finally we want to give back to the community!
